Data we process: identification and contact details (name, surname, shipping and billing address, email, phone number), order and transaction data, and browsing data (cookies).

Purposes: managing orders, shipments and returns; issuing invoices and accounting; handling inquiries; and sending commercial communications only with your consent.

Legal basis: performance of a contract (orders), consent (marketing and non-essential cookies), legal obligation (tax/accounting) and legitimate interest (security and fraud prevention).

Recipients: providers necessary for the service (Shopify platform as processor, payment gateway, transport companies and logistics/supply providers), and the Administration when there is a legal obligation.

International transfers: some products are supplied and shipped through providers located outside the European Economic Area (e.g., in China). In such cases, only the data necessary for shipping (name and address) is transferred, with the guarantees provided for in the GDPR.

Retention: for the duration of the commercial relationship and, thereafter, for the legally required periods. Marketing data, until you withdraw consent.

Rights: access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability, and to withdraw consent, by writing to nuvieresupport@icloud.com. You can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
