Terms and conditions

These terms regulate the purchase of products on nuviere.shop between the owner (seller) and the user (client/consumer).

Products and prices. Prices are shown in euros (EUR) with taxes included where applicable and do not include shipping costs, which are detailed before checkout. The price valid at the time of the order will be applied.

Purchase process. The client selects the products, reviews the order and shipping costs, accepts these conditions, and makes the payment. After the purchase, a confirmation email documenting the contract will be received.

Availability. If a product is unavailable after purchase, the client will be informed and the corresponding amount will be refunded.

Payment methods. Through the methods enabled in the store via a secure payment gateway.

Withdrawal and returns. See Returns Policy.

Language and legislation. The contract is formalized in Spanish and is governed by Spanish and European consumer protection legislation.

Conflict resolution. For any claims, you can write to nuvieresupport@icloud.com. As a consumer, you retain your right to contact consumer authorities and pursue legal action.
